• Creation data such as prompts, saved images, timestamps, and selected products.
• Checkout and order data such as Stripe session identifiers, order status, and shipping details.
• Support messages, issue details, and operational notes needed to help resolve requests.

How we use information

We use customer information to authenticate accounts, manage Vision Points, generate and save artwork, process checkout, submit made-to-order products to fulfillment partners, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Payments and fulfillment partners

Vision Made uses Stripe for payment checkout and may use trusted production partners for fulfillment. These partners receive only the information needed to process payment, produce the selected item, ship the order, and provide tracking or support.

AI providers

Prompts and generation requests may be sent to AI service providers so artwork can be created. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, or confidential information in prompts.

Retention

We keep account, saved creation, Vision Points, order, and support records as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements.

Your choices

You may contact support to ask about account data, saved creations, order records, or deletion requests. Some records may need to be retained for payment, fraud prevention, tax, fulfillment, or legal reasons.
