How Vision Made handles production timelines, shipping addresses, tracking, delays, and made-to-order fulfillment.
Production timeline
Vision Made products are made to order. Production time varies by product, print provider, quality checks, and order volume. A typical order may require several business days before shipment, especially during launch testing and fulfillment setup.
Shipping destinations
Product checkout currently focuses on United States shipping. Any supported destination shown at checkout depends on Stripe settings, fulfillment partner availability, and product configuration.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, contact support immediately. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
Tracking
When tracking is available from the fulfillment provider, Vision Made will use it to help confirm shipment status. Tracking may take time to appear after an order is produced and handed to the carrier.
Delays and lost packages
Carrier delays, holidays, weather, address issues, and production constraints can affect delivery timing. Contact support if tracking appears stalled or a delivered package cannot be located.
